Swiss Private Banking is meeting for the fourth consecutive year at the annual 'Private Banking & Wealth Management: Switzerland 2019'
The British magazine ‘Private Banker International’, belonging to Verdict publishing house, awards BBVA in Switzerland in the category “Outstanding Customer Relationship Service and Engagement 2019”, at the annual ceremony held in Zurich. BBVA was recognized for its International Private Banking services, its global investment solutions and personalization of services based on a holistic model of wealth management.
The jury highlights the business model, based on providing solutions adapted to the single needs of each client, and the quality of their technological platforms, including the mobile and online banking application, explicitly developed for Private Banking clients.
This award recognizes the work that BBVA has been implementing for three years, where it has placed the customer as a focus on all its decisions through an exclusive relationship model that exceeds all expectations.
Alfonso Gómez, CEO of the bank, accompanied by other members of the team, received the first prize of the night. His first words were dedicated to BBVA clients, “which come always first, and this award belongs to them”, and stressed that “All our decisions are aimed at helping our clients to make the best financial decisions for reaching their goals.”
The excellent progress of the bank’s activity in Switzerland, together with the recognition for the work of all its employees, so that customers can have the best International Private Banking experience, have contributed to a great year, in terms of service quality.
In addition to the award received, BBVA was a finalist in the categories’ Outstanding Wealth Management Technology Platform in Switzerland’ and ‘Most Innovative Private Bank / Wealth Manager of the Year’.
