The 2018 Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) has reported Switzerland as leader in talent competitiveness, followed by Singapore and the US. In addition, the city of Zurich is considered the No. 1 in the ranking of the global cities for talent attraction and development.
BBVA Group is present in Switzerland with offices in Zurich devoted exclusively to Private Banking services for more than 25 years.
According to the analysis, top ranked countries and cities, shared three common characteristics:
  • A flexible regulatory and business landscape
  • Employment policies which combine flexibility and social protection
  • External and internal openness
The report published by INSEAD on December 2017, in partnership with the 'Adecco Group' and 'Tata Communications', develops with a comprehensive annual benchmarking measuring how countries and cities grow, attract and retain talent, defined as "the diversity that feeds the future of work".
