At New Gen you have at your disposal:
- E-banking and mobile app, which is available for both Android and iOS
- BBVA Access Key
What do I need to access the digital platforms?
To access of the digital platforms all you need is:
- An e-banking contract
- A username and password
- The BBVA CH Access Key
How do I access e-banking?
Access to your E-banking account is very simple
- Go to bbva.ch
- Select the Enter option
- Complete the information requested with the data you received in the welcome letter to New Gen.
How do I access the mobile app?
Access to your Mobile App is very simple
- Download the app from your Google Play or Apple Store.
- Complete the information requested with the data you received in the welcome letter to New Gen.
