In order to have a successful video identification, we suggest that you follow the recommendations below:
- Smartphone, tablet or computer with webcam and microphone
- Active phone number to receive text message
- Quiet, undisturbed place to receive a private video call
- An stable internet connection
- Time to perform the identification, around 10 minutes
- High resolution webcam or cell phone camera
- And of course, a valid identification document
To identify yourself using the video-identification tool you just requires:
- A smartphone or tablet or a computer with a webcam
- A valid ID document
- An Internet connection
- A mobile phone for receiving an activation code via SMS
Check your inbox! An email has been sent to your registered email address containing a unique link to proceed with your video identification

You can start your video-identification process from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00 CET
These are our schedules to perform your video-identification process according to your preferred language:
- English, German, French and Italian at any time (from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00 CET)
- Spanish, between 15:00 – 18:00 CET (from Monday to Saturday)
To open an account with New Gen you need a minimum amount of CHF 10’000/EUR 10’000/USD 10’000. We think this is a minimum amount so that you can start enjoying our services, invest and see your wealth grow over time. Open an account
At New Gen we do not charge opening fees or fees for receiving money or other investments, nor if you decide to cancel the account. The only fee applied is if you want to transfer investments or money to another entity, then we will only charge you the administrative management fee

Once you have successfully completed the account opening application form you will receive in your email a link to start the vide-identification
The account opening documentation is digitally signed during the video identification process
The process to send your documents It’s all online. You don’t have to worry about sending signed documents. It’s all done through this online form and the video identification and digital signature process
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your account has been opened with your account information, opening documents and terms and conditions
At New Gen we only offer individual accounts, which means that each account can only have one beneficial owner
At the moment at New Gen, we only offer personal accounts
At New Gen is not possible to have more than one account, but you can have different portfolios and currencies within a single account
To make a transfer to your account you will need to use the information in the New Gen welcome letter

Receiving a payment costs absolutely nothing! We do not charge for receiving payments

We charge absolutely nothing for receiving securities
As it is an online account, you can’t withdraw or pay in cash into it

To execute the Final transfer you should detail the information of the beneficiary bank and your account number or IBAN there. Remember that transfers can be made to an account of your own ownership
